Terms and conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Bengals soft inc. to the client. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

The Company provides information technology services including but not limited to software development, IT consulting, managed services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and support. The scope of services will be detailed in a separate agreement, proposal, or service order.

• The Company will perform services with reasonable skill and care.
• Services are provided “as is” and without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free performance.

• Fees for services will be outlined in the relevant agreement or proposal.
• Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise stated.
• Late payments may incur interest charges of 30 per month.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which shall be borne by the Client.

• The Company’s liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the [last 12 months].
• The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Client will own the final deliverables created under a specific project once full payment is received.
• The Company retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or methodologies used in delivering the services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of  United states/FL, and disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jurisdictions

• Either party may terminate the agreement with [30 days’] written notice.
• The Company may terminate immediately in the event of non-payment or material breach of these Terms.
• Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or communicated directly to Clients. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms

We use test message to communicate with you about your service. Normal messaging rates apply and frequency of messages may vary. Normal messaging rates apply and

No mobile information will be shared with the third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude 

text messages originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Opt-out of text message communicates. You may opt out of text messaging at any time by replying to any message with STOP, contacting us at amit@bengalssoft.com

This will end the communication from that particular number. You may continue to receive service-related and other non-marketing text messages from other phone numbers

managed by company, you may opt out of those similarity.
